At Guiseley School we offer a highly supportive and challenging learning environment where every member of the school community can be happy and secure. We ensure that our mission statement of ‘raising achievement in a caring community’ is paramount in everything we do with our students.

We aim to ensure that every student fulfils their potential and has the opportunity to learn new skills and develop existing ones by providing the ideal environment in which to learn, develop and succeed.

We value individuality in all of our students and we recognise that all students have specific needs linked to their own goals and aspirations in the twenty first century world. As a school we believe that the broad, high quality education we offer helps to support and nurture individual student needs. As a DCSF designated Technology College, strong emphasis is placed on raising standards of achievement in all subjects and particularly in our specialisms of ICT, Mathematics, Science and Technology.

Guiseley School is very pleased to announce that it has been awarded Investors in People Bronze recognition. This is an award beyond the normal standard for Investors in people and puts the school in the top 3 % of organisations in the country for this standard.  Well done to all staff in achieving such a prestigious award.
